Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Bellboy and Taxi Incident Dear Management of Majestic Hotel & Spa – Barcelona, Warm greetings, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred during our recent stay at your hotel. On the day of our departure, one of your bellboys informed us that he would arrange a large taxi to take us to the airport. We trusted him, but it later became clear that the taxi driver was a close friend of the bellboy. The situation worsened when the bellboy loaded all the bags into the taxi — except for one, which he deliberately hid inside the hotel. Upon arriving at the airport, we discovered that one suitcase was missing. When we contacted the bellboy, he appeared nervous and insisted that he had loaded all the luggage, although this was clearly not the case. The taxi driver also behaved unprofessionally — visibly anxious and intentionally took longer routes in what seemed like an attempt to increase the fare and delay us, reducing our chances of returning to the hotel to retrieve the missing bag. Subsequently, the same taxi driver called the hotel and informed us that the hotel management had searched the room and found nothing. However, when he realized that we were planning to use another taxi, he suddenly told us that the missing bag was at the hotel and that the hotel management would send it to the airport. We were forced to take another taxi back to the hotel ourselves to retrieve the bag, then rush back to the airport to complete our travel procedures. Unfortunately, due to the time lost, we were unable to claim our tax refund (tax-free). This entire experience caused us great stress and inconvenience and has left a very negative impression despite the good facilities at your hotel. We kindly request that you investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action against those responsible.

This was for our 30th anniversary so we went mad and booked a 3 night stay in one of their Suites It did not disappoint. Front view over the main area which is superb for a city view We had a lounge , bedroom , double window aspect study a huge bathroom with jacuzzi and 2 televisions , 2 phones , and 2 toilets From the moment we arrived in our free taxi we were met by the staff and it was 5 star all the way Expensive but I never felt we were paying anything second class

Location: Excellent for shopping enthusiasts, with many retail options nearby. Roof Restaurant: Wonderful, offering panoramic views of Barcelona, perfect for watching the sunset. Staff: The staff were nice and respectful, adding a positive note to my stay.

-The location is perfect . -Every thing you need in the apartment . -there is ac . -two twin beds in the other room . -there is no too much noise even if the apartment on the Main Street . - the beds is so comfortable. - good security. - good customer service. - they send us a gift when we came .
